Today’s global society calls for decisive leaders who are superbly grounded in science and technology, and have the vision to shape an increasingly complex world.
MIT — with its ability to attract the gifted and creative — has always produced such leaders. Now, though, it needs to work even harder to ensure access and a world-class education for that small group of talented young people with exceptional promise for impacting the future. The Campaign for Students aims to increase resources for financial aid as well as for student life and learning initiatives that enhance the educational and living environments for MIT’s students.
The videos featured on this website exemplify the universal stories of MIT past and present, where the human factors of brilliance and creativity, drive and passion intersect to create the future leaders needed to confront the world’s most vexing problems.
